New article on Lyme testing

Just read this..hope it hasn't been posted yet:

"Recent research has found false-positive results in people without Lyme disease at 3 of 4 commercial US laboratories (ranging from 2.5% to 25%), with a rate of more than 50% of false positives at one lab."

Hmm... how can you be just as sensitive when you don't even do a complete test?

I would call that statement an out right lie for the very fact that most of the labs around the world that follow CDC guidelines don't even test for all of the Lyme specific bands, like band 31. Which just so happened to be my only lyme specific positive band.

Sure, there are plenty of articles refuting IDSA/CDC propaganda.

But since they are almost never accepted in "peer-reviewed" journals they are automatically rejected and ignored by 99% of US physicians.

My biggest beef is that if they don't know what causes it...fine. But don't stop research and treatment because you don't know the answers.
