flagyl compatible with homeopathic detox (with alcohol)???

Hi everyone,
Happy long week-end!!

The update on my niece (Ontario) is that 2 weeks into antibiotics, she is seeing some improvements, esp. more energy, improvement with headaches, hip pain, etc. ! So this is good news!

But she still has many symptoms and CNS involvement, so it looks like this is going to be quite a process . . . sadly the infections disseminated widely in just 2.5 weeks -- before she got on the abx.

Here's my latest question. She is pulsing flagyl just Sat and Sunday; she also is supposed to do some homeopathic detoxes (by a company called Futureplex). But the detox stuff has alcohol. Isn't this a big no no with flagyl? Or does putting the detox remedy in water (which it calls for) negate the alcohol? The doctor did not mention anything about this . . .

Hi,
I am on Flagyl 3x 250mg a day and for detox I am taking apo hepat for. It has 31% alc. Volume.
My llmd told me 30 drops with water twice a day and to take it while I am on Flagyl.
