the protease did not make me herx. I didn't herx when I started the Jernigan stuff.
I felt better right after my first two weeks at the hansa center. I mean somewhat better.,
I have been treating for 6 months now. SOmetimes I feel almost all the way better and other times I have some issues.
I am also looking into seeing a Qi Gong master I have been reading about
to support my healing.
I think that detox stuff sound fine- but I would add the saunas. See if you can find somewhere to do a sauna as many times a week as you can.
I bought one for my home but they are in many places. I do 5 saunas a week and I think that is a huge help with detox.
I am happy to answer more questions for you about
this protocol as they come up.
I never do the enemas, by the way. My dr said I didn't need them and they are not appealing to me!
And as for diet- I tested for allergies and have none. My dr told me gluten I fine for me :) yay- I love Gluten. He wanted me to stay low sugar, and no or very little dairy. I used to eat tons of dairy. Now I have a tiny bit in my morning coffee and allow myself a little portion of cheese or something maybe once every two weeks. BUt I enjoy my gluten every day.
Also- once you have done borellogen for a while you could try adding lymogen in there as well. It approaches treating the lyme a a different angle. I don't take lymogen but I did also take microbogen, which is another option, fo a while.
But I have been steady on the borellogen and anti tox and some other things for 6 months. and will be on it longer too.
oh another thing I did at the Hansa center was got chiropractically straightened out. I was kind of a mess and it was causing breathing problems. All the dr;s at The hansa center are also chiropractors so I first did it there. NOw I see a local chiro about
once a month to maintain. All the chiro and massages you can afford are very helpful.
