Lyme Laser Therapy

So I was just about to embark on the Cowden Protocol with my 2 kids when someone told me about Lyme Laser Therapy. $4500 for 12 weeks (per person) and the chiropractor claims it kills 100% of the infection. My kids and I are are functional and somewhat 'asymptomatic' so this is a steep cost. My husband is also being tested so that would be $18K for our family. Just so confused and don't want to be "taken" especially when it comes to treating my kids.

Anyone have any experience with Cold laser therapy?

I had some cold laser sessions once a week over a few years early in my treatment. My Chiro never made that claim of "curing" me and did say I still needed ABX to fight it. I found it was good for detox thru some tough times and I also took ionic footbaths in same sessions.

Save your money, not that Lasers don't work but you could buy one yourself for sooo much less. Just look at Amazon. A lot of the lasers that are sold to DC's are nothing more than a 5 mw, 630 nm wavelength laser. You could literally use a laser pointer for the same wavelength and power. I have done a lot of research on these and there are a lot of unfounded claims when it comes to what they can do and how much they should cost. The laser diode of one that sells for $14,000 has no advantage over a $5 line laser diode that scans your groceries at the store its the same wattage and wavelength!
They work because red light stimulates damaged electron transport chains in the mitochondria so they produce more ATP instead of free radicals(they make free radicals from being damaged). So if your mitochondria are damaged it can help you have more energy and repair your cells boost immunity etc. I say if because there is no way of knowing and there are a lot of people they don't seem to help. Also it is important to not over utilize as they cause damage when done for too long, make sure to follow the instructions.
It is actually better to go with a lower power laser but the trade off is you get less penetration into the tissues. I would say buy one of the cheaper ones and see how it goes especially if you have a problem area, they are great for joints.
All of the other claims as to why you should use a more expensive laser or pay someone lots of money are unfounded.

The higher end cold laser devices used by pro's have programmable frequency settings like a rife machine for different tx protocols. If I recall Lyme had over hundred frequency settings.

Mid level devices have up to 10 present settings to choose from based on the Nogier frequencies.

Low-end device will have only one frequency.

Extreme low end units will be only LED light and not that powerful compared to a cold Laser.

Buyer beware.

I am the one Garden is speaking of. The chiro's wife had MS symptoms and according to her, she was mostly healed with the treatment. My husband could not raise his arms and after one of the treatments, he was able to get them up higher. Other than that, it is hard to say how much it helped internally. We stopped after awhile, but not because my husband wasn't happy with the therapy. As Garden mentioned, this chiro didn't charge - except for adjustments - so we didn't really have anything to lose. I would not spend the kind of money that smcalumni's doctor wanted and I agree with Sarah. I don't think they should be claiming to kill all the infection.

Is Cat53 still on here? I know it's been awhile but I read your post about laser therapy and the fact your husband could not lift his arm. My left arm is very stiff and I can barely lift it. Just wanted to know if you have any suggestions or helpful feedback.
