Just told I have coxsackie and parvo virus

The nurse just called me, and was very apologetic and told me I have coxsackie and parvo, in addition to Lyme.

I was on antibiotics and my liver enzymes went through the roof, I have been off of them for 1.5 months. I assume the viruses were suspected because they checked this, and it came back positive.

I don't really know what this means. The information online says that this really isn't treated it just goes away. Well, what if we are immune compromised and it CAN'T go away? The information I am receiving gets worse and worse. The last thing I want is to get stuck with all of this with no way out. I don't think I can take antibiotics until I get rid of this.

Has anyone had this and any advice? The nurse told me the doctor is out but will call me next week when he returns.

I didn't get the numbers yet. I was told over the phone.
