questions regarding ceftriaxone (rocephin)

I was on IV Rocephin for 13 months, and another 3 months on IV Doxy.

When taking rocepin you should also be taking Actigol to help with gall bladder issues.

I was told b my LLMD to expect the worse herx 3 to 4 weeks in to IV treatment. For me the bad herx never happened. Took 6 or 7 months to see improvements, mostly with arthritic joint pain and stiffness. Neuro issues were addressed and resolved with various Bart and Babs protocols.
After a little over 5 years on treatment I weaned off all ABX and had transitioned over to a Burner-like herbal maintenance regimen.. then had a Bart relapse and back to ABX again

All you can do is up your detox and hang in there... You haven't stated what else you are taking with Rocephin and have you taken any cyst busters yet, or treated Bart and/or Babs.

At one point while on IV Rocephin I as also taking the followings orals: Zithromax, Mepron (double dose), Bactrim, Actigol, and pulsing Timdamax.

Consider adding at a minimum Japanese Knotweed to help with inflammation and hit Lyme, and GSE for a cyst buster. Take a real good Probiotic (10million cultures or more), consider Chlorella to help bind toxins, and drink lots of fresh squeezed lemon water.

You are really just starting treatment and have a long way to travel.

I have heard about this actigall, but unfortunately we do not have this medicaton here. However I found that we have a medicine called "ursofalk" that has the agent "Ursodeoxycholic acid". I think this could be the same as actigall, but my LLMD told me that she cannot prescribe it as it could be prescribed only by a gastroenterologist. Not easy...
She warned me about the gallbladder issues before the course, and told me that I have to drink a special mixture of tea (herbs) for emptying the gallbladder. I did it during the treatment as it was specified but obviously was not enough :(

Regarding to my treatment: this is/was my 2nd course of ceftriaxone. First lasted 6weeks, happened a year ago, and I did not take any antibiotics until now. I was on cowden protocol, but with little, or no improvements. I also take NAC/molybdenum and gallmet (some bile-acid) for detox, and vitamins. I also do infrared sauna session every second day.
What really improved my condition happened earlier this year when a few of my root canals were opened, and re-cleaned again.
This is very disturbing and honestly, I do not understand what is happening: before this IV course my symptoms waved. Sometimes I felt quite good, sometimes bad, but 50%better than I was 1-2 year ago. Then, on the first day of IV I felt really bad, and during this 3weeks it was sometimes better, sometimes far worse than I felt before. Now, that I suspended it after 3weeks, I feel really-really bad. Do you have any idea, what can be the cause behind this?
-Borrelia woke up and now ramps?
-Or am I now full of toxins and a little amount of borrelia woke up, but my body cannot tolerate this much toxin very well?
-Or now my immune system takes control and this causes the bad feeling?
-Or what could be the explanation for the above mentioned reactions???

Was your galby ever tested for sludge pre-lyme?
That would be very valuable info.
Was there sludge there before?

I've been told sludge isn't a big deal, even gall stones haven't been a reason to stop treating.

Are you having gall bladder attacks?

IV Rocephin only brought me improvements.
Never herxed on it.
I had my best i,provements & felt my best while on IV Rocephin.

It is very good for you to keep a close eye on things.
