I used to smoke it quite frequently, but, over the years, it increasingly became a problem, which is sad. Everyone talks of how good it can be for one's health, and there I was, having to leave it behind for the sake of mine. The irony.
I can't say I shared the same symptoms though. But, I gotta ask, the ones that you experience after smoking, are they symptoms that you live with already, just on a smaller level? The reason I ask, with me, it worsened all of my symptoms, but especially the neuro ones. Made me psychotic. Well, EXTRA psychotic, because I was already there. Felt like crap for a couple days after too.
Why? I don't know. One theory was that it was acting as an antimicrobial, killing off large amounts of the bugs. Another, sensitivities to chemicals in the flower than the grower(s) didn't properly flush out of the plant before harvesting. Another, which I came across myself, because it's a vasodilator. It expands the blood cells. Because of that, I wonder if maybe it just stirs up the infections more so than killing them, at least as far as smoking the flower of it goes? The oils, all that other stuff, might work differently. I don't know.
Then, yes, as cheetah said, something triggering inflammation. I feel like any one of those theories I mentioned could do that very easily.
The gene mutations too. I just had some testing done, one mutation mentioned that it could affect neurotransmitter levels, depleting or increasing them, and I feel like it's a safe assumption to make that cannabis could have an effect on them. Maybe that plays a part?
But, again, I don't know. I don't know anything really. Sucks not having the answers. XD. I wish I did, because it did bring a lot of relief for a time. It has its beneficial uses, goes without saying.
Sorry, buddy.
