Epson salt baths

I have been treating Bart and Lyme for 1.5 years. I do all sorts of detoxification. But this is only my second Epson salt bath. The water is a ove 98 degrees, but not burning hot, so why am I sweating profusely from my face. A whole lot more than my infared sauna? Is this normal for Epson salt baths or is this a huge detox session. How many of you sweat profusely from Epson salt baths?

I too sweat more in the Epsom salt bath than my sauna. I think the heat gets to me faster when submerged than when I am cooking in my hot box. It takes me almost an hour to break into a good sweat (not just glisten). In the bath I sweat pretty quickly.

My sauna came with a few detox suggestions. One was to soak in Epsom salt bath first (warm the muscles) then get in the sauna and really sweat it out. So I think there is something to the proficiency of the Epsom salt bath.
