I'd go with lean meats - nothing red, beans, brown rice, some of the lower sugar fruits, and a rainbow of vegetables, apart from the really starchy stuff, and nightshades, if I could.
Healthy fats as well (virgin olive and coconut oils, ghee, fish, I guess).
You won't want to eat too much of the high carb stuff, or the fruit, especially if you're in fear of developing a fungal issue, or are already dealing with one. In which case, I wouldn't eat any of those. Also, like she said, sugars can feed the bacteria, which isn't good.
Though, again, if I COULD eat those things.. I would, 'cause.. I mean, you don't want to limit yourself, unless you have to.
I'm hungry, as a side note.
