Trying to put together a detox for heavy metals. I know everyone is different and damage can be done through chelating improperly. I haven't started yet. BUT I have had mercury amalgams removed (3). I like the idea of using bentonite clay and Everyday Fiber. I also have a heavy metal supp which includes algae, nac, magnesium, ala, seaweed. Don't want to get the cart in front of the horse if you know what I mean. Want tp take it slow. I'm not interested in IV chelation as I have heard it can be harsh. Don't think my kidneys can handle hardcore chelating. I think I want to get intestines detoxed first and go from there.
Does anyone have experience in this arena? If so, would you mind sharing what you have done or what has worked for you?
Healing Everyday,
Meanmom
