I don't eat organ meat at all, but my diet is probably much better than the average diet. I'm on the bulletproof diet which was thought of by Dave Asprey. I love the diet... It's a cyclical ketogenic diet. I eat chicken, wild salmon, free range eggs, organic whey protein from grass fed cows. Those are pretty much my protein choices.
I have been sleeping like a baby lately... Probably a solid 8 hours without an alarm. When lyme and bart hit me, I couldn't sleep at all! I would just lay there, and I got a prescription for zopiclone and I would only be able to sleep 4 hours... No more unless I popped another sleeping pill.
I have been off of all sleeping pills for a year and a half now. I thought my sleeping would never get back to normal but it has.
Some things that I take that may or may not affect my sleep include magnesium, ATP fuel, dessicated thyroid, B-12, Methyl folate, vitamin D, vitamin K2, krill oil, ecgc, milk thistle.
I have even been taking modafinil in the mornings lately with my bulletproof coffee. (It makes me more productive at work, focused, more awake) and my sleep is still good by the evening. Sometimes I have chamomile tea and skullcap tea to help mellow me down in the evening.
