don't get too excited. We tested here on the forum two of the 3 brands used in the study (Now and Nutramedix). No herx and no real improvement seen. I used a high dose, above 70 drops/day.

It does help avoid tooth decay, tho (just as xylitol does).

there can be many explanations
- active chemical gets deactivated by digestion process
- poor tissue penetration (brain and eyes especially)
- wrong study method used

i still think it's good to take it, it certainly does not help biofilms develop. maybe as part of more complex protocol it could be useful.
