Hi all,
I'm trying to really get the scoop as far as biofilms but there's just so much information out there. Does anyone have any successful treatments they're doing that are working to contain the biofilms that they can share? Supplements/Herbs?
Thanks!

I am doing Buhner's herbal protocol and he says in his latest book that his core protocol will break up the biofilms. He does have a long list of other herbal items that can be used. (page 236)

Cranberry is supposed to prevent the production of biofilms. In some cases, it also has antibacterial tendencies.

The herbs that are in the herbal protocol I use (Chronic Tonic) also break up biofilms. You could do some investigating to see which ones are the same as in Buhner's protocol and then do a bit of research on those herbs.
If you are interested, here is the list of herbs in the CT:

Count me in as another person using Buhner's protocols that also treat biofilms (including NAC which inhibits biofilm production)
I used Serrapeptase and also NAC when I was following the Cowden protocol.

I use GSE NAC along with JK (cats claw and androgrsphis). Some times my knows runs. Makes me confident it's working. Biofilms are everywhere; not protecting borrelia.
