FIR sauna with Ozone

Anyone using one of these portable FIR ozone saunas? If so, how often do you use it and how do you feel afterwards? Thanks.

regular sauna brings on a herx if i stay in too long....and a cool shower is needed after to lower my body temp.

I've never heard of an FIR sauna with ozone! Can you send me a link to the product you're looking at?

Dave- I bought it in Canada - it is German, North American parts - no Asia. Germans treat even cancer cells with ozone - medical grade - NOT COMMERCIAL grade!! Please beware of the difference!! Ozone can even penetrate biofilm and with consistent usage lower heavy metal levels in ones body. I have bumped up my treatments to everyday now at lowest level - 15mins. on #1. Yeah, makes me sweat - even at that lowest level, but I cannot use the tourmaline foot pad that comes with yet as that was too strong for my circulation- it is very delicate at moment as I am in a very toxic state. I will have to build up to that some time. So far so good since bumping it up to everyday usage since my "hot mess Monday" episode -don't wanna go there. Price is over 2 grand, though.

I can't speak to the ozone portable one which I've never tried. I have an infrared sauna which I find really helps with detox and clears the fog out of my head. I was told that you want to sweat for at least 10 minutes. So I set it at 150f and go in for 25 minutes. I usually start to sweat after 15minutes and get out at 25. Like anything don't overdo it. I don't take it daily but really should as it makes me feel great afterwards.
