Honestly if you tested with IGeneX you would likely see different bands present. IGeneX is recognized by CDC. Your test was through labcorp or quest and they are just not good for Lyme. Here's my personal example - daughter had positive IGM Elisa and they ran blot showing bands 41, 58 on IGG and 41 on IGM. So they ran the blot again on the same blood and then showed only 41 on IGG & IGM. Every band is important so this is actually unacceptable. Not sure how they see a band and running it a few hrs later don't see it. Highly inaccurate in my opinion. Knowing what I know about
Lyme, we had her tested using ELISpot and she was positive and her cd57 is 30.
Labcorp and Quest leave off bands 31 & 34 which are lyme specific. They were actually used in lyme vaccine. So you may be positive on those and it wouldn't even show.
If you are sick then I would pursue this.
