Is This Lyme?

I received complete Igenex lab results today. I've been having symptoms for a couple decades. I need opinions if this is lyme.
IFA: 80
IGG:
18 ++
23-25 +
39 Ind
41 Ind
83-93 Ind

IGM:
39 IND
41 ++
58 +

Are there additional tests should I request? Thanks to all for comments and support.

Here's the site I use to interpret the Western Blot:

You tested positive IgG (or IND which is a weak positive) on Lyme-specific bands 23-25, 39 and 83-93 and IgM Lyme-specific bands 39

No one tests positive for Lyme-specific bands unless they have Lyme - people don't produce antibodies to infections they don't have.

You don't need more tests to get a diagnosis. Your test results would back up the clinical diagnosis - one based upon symptoms.

You also had a positive IFA/ELISA which shouldn't be ignored. An LLMD would be able to help you sort it out and based on symptoms/tests determine if you had coinfections too. Band 18 can sometimes be chlamydia pneumoniae so it would be interesting to see if you have a high IGG for that.

CD3764 and k07, thank you for your comments. I will request to be tested for co-infections.

I am confused that my results from Igenex are negative, yet I have more that one doubled star band (Lyme specific) that is positive for both IGG and IGM. How can Igenex say I don't have Lyme?

Taking one at a time and trying to keep a positive attitude.

Treating these infections can be an expensive proposition. Unless you have unlimited funds, you might want to see a LLMD first.

Testing for the coinfections is less reliable than Lyme testing. And, there are more strains of Babesia and Bartonella, for example, than tests available.

And, the healthy population is walking around with asymptomatic infections.

All of that said, savvy LLMD's trial meds for the most common infections and gauge response.

With testing being so poor, these infections are really best diagnosed clinically - based upon symptoms.....and sometimes we have to wait until treatment to discover whether or not we have a particular infection.
