Forgot to mention this when I downloaded it but one of the speakers in the Lyme Summit mentioned it and it deserves its own thread since so many of us struggle with insomnia or disrupted sleep.
For devices use the Twilight app

/justgetflux.com/They both remove the blue light from the screen at sundown in your area (you punch in the zip code). The screen slowly turns pinkish.
Blue light suppresses melatonin production and tells your brain it's daytime. Which lymie needs that at 10pm? I ask you.
I was giving all the credit to D-limonene for my improved sleep forgetting all about
this program. Maybe it really does help. Well, it's free so there ya go!
