Epsom baths and infrared saunas are excellent detoxing methods as is drinking lemon water.
Perhaps you might consider something to support your liver - one of the major players in our body's detoxification systems. Many of us take milk thistle (as long as there's no ragweed allergy)
Another good method you could use is dry skin brushing before your bath. Not only does it remove dead skin cells but, most importantly, it moves lymph fluid - another big detox player.
One other method that can be very effective is a binder like activated charcoal. Binders need to be taken 3 hrs. away from EVERYthing because they not only absorb toxins but EVERYthing else.
This site has some great detoxing methods:

www.benbrew.com/lb/lyme5.pdfAnd that's why it's so important to detox. It takes awhile to get ahead of the toxins that are created during treatment. The sooner you clear them, the better you will feel.
As crazy as it sounds, you'd be considered early in treatment. Things will get better - it "just" takes time.
Babesia is a known cause of ear ringing....
Has your LLMD changed your abx at all? Many LLMD's change abx every month....some go a little longer.
The end is when your symptoms dissipate....and ILADS recommends treating 2 months past that.
Hang in - better days are coming!!!
