I have been reluctant to write this post because I am in a state of disbelief...

I have been on Buhner's Core Protocol now for over a month. This last week I have noticed a significant reduction in pain, and some of my other symptoms. This is the most relief I have felt in 7 months. I am shocked. I have been slowly upping my doses on the herbs, low and slow like people have said on the forum...be patient, and I didn't believe it when everyone said it before, but it has been effective!

I feel like my symptoms have been greatly lessened and the sharp throbbing joint pain, is now quite subtle and lingers just a bit in my muscles. I think the Japanese knotweed and cats claw has been effective in drawing out the bacteria from joints.

I am overjoyed at this progress, but I am scared to even speak of it in case it comes back.

However I wanted to share part of my story in case it can help others, and show yet again that herbs can be effective. (I am truly amazed, being somewhat of a natural medicine skeptic prior to all this).

I want to give all you people on this forum that have helped and guided me a giant hug, and Stephen Buhner too. I feel like I might potentially be getting my life back now. I'm in no way 100% yet, but finally...progress.

Thank you Traveler, Girlie, CD, Peteza, Piroutte and everyone other member on here for all your kindness and advice, I don't know where I would be without it.

Congratulations on the improvements, Evianangel!!

It's amazing how many "natural medicine skeptics" have been converted to believing in the power of those medicines! LOL! But it's a good thing! It gives us options!!

You are a HUGE part of why you are healing too - congratulations to you and thank you for being here! I'm so glad you found us and found the help you were looking for! I think I speak for each of those named to say that we only hope you "pay it forward" when you are able to.

Awesome news! I can also provide testimony that herbs work very effectively. When I was on herbs for a month, I quickly felt great improvement even before abx. Then I did an abx/herb combo for another month-month and half. 3 months of treatment I had to stop everything for 6 weeks. Crashed. Obviously 3 months of treatment is not long enough as we all know.

Started back on herbs only a couple weeks ago and feeling back to 90%.

So once again congrats, herbs are definitely the real deal (when done right).

I am right where you are..... every time I say how good I am doing I knock on wood. I am still scared and it has been almost 3 months well.....

I get twinges of the recollection of lyme, but nothing like it used to be. It is there, but so very subtle and livable.

Keep on keeping on. I am almost done with the 5 month of cryptolepis and then we will see if I got rid of babs for good.

Still doing the Houtt, just in case ......

Evian! Thank you for sharing this! I was just feeling discouraged today because I am not feeling well. I think a Herx. It is so good to hear from someone who is doing well!

I can honestly say that I have much more energy than I had a year ago, but I still have days I can't walk. And I pray someday to be able to walk without help again! I will keep it going until I win!

I am glad you are doing so well! =)

You are all so kind. Sorry for the late reply, I was at my friends baby shower today.

I definitely plan on paying it forward, I always said to myself if I ever manage to figure this out and start feeling a bit better I want to help other people. I feel like I was always asking the questions on this forum, but now hopefully I will be able to do more commenting to help others. Because I am proof at how much the good people on this forum can help, and hugely impact ones life.

Girlie - LOL the biophoton machine is broken! I'm next on the list but I am waiting for it to get fixed. If I am still feeling okay I might not do it, because that is another expense.

I might run into a bit of a road block here soon, because I am almost out of JP & Cats claw, and I don't know if my next order will get here in time so I am nervous to be off the herbs.

Deenikeef - I hear ya, I was so discouraged for the past months feeling like nothing was working and I believe I went through a pretty bad herx too before the herbs took effect. I sending healing vibes your way.
