Crispy often those with Lyme are recommended to follow a paleo-type diet. So take a look at that. All fruits are not the same in terms of the amount of fructose contained. You need to have a well-rounded and balanced diet that does involve some fruits. Be careful though not to overdue it. You can also look at FODMAPs or SCDs diets as well.
If you are going to do honey, take a look at raw honey it has antibacterial properties.
