I get the pill thing too. Enough is enough.
I like denikeef's suggestions. Do you do anything to sweat? Sauna or exercise? That can help--skin is our largest detox organ. Try adding sea salt and hydrogen peroxide to baths, essential oils, turn temperature up a bit, maybe soak longer, more frequently. Try dry brushing to get blood circulating a little better.
If you find the herxing too unbearable for too much longer, you might want to explore slowing treatment down a bit or maybe incorporate herbal antimicrobials. Or, some people choose to focus only on their dominant infection.
