Too much apple cider vinegar?

That happens to me every time I use ACV because it increases the amount of stomach acid I have (bonus, it helps to detox the whole body!!). I would suggest that you try only taking the ACV just before you eat something - that's how I need to do it.

Oh, and I take a full tablespoon before each meal, since I need the extra enzymes to digest my food in a decent amount of time.

Have you tried eating? Do you know if you have any allergies to apples? The ACV alone wouldn't necessarily do this to you.

I would encourage you to call your LLMD if they have a weekend number, and maybe try an urgent care center rather than the ER if you can - just remember, no steroids unless it's to save your life or it will lower your immune function.

Maybe you could list what all you mixed with the ACV and I can do some digging to see if there are any interactions with the ACV? I don't know what kind of luck I'll have, but it's all I can think of right now.

Haven't tried anything but grabbed the gatorade because I know ti has potassium in it, but saw it also has citric acid, to put it down. No food yet today, don't have a llmd. I added it to what I had left of a mixture of the fake ICV that I'd previously mixed with some of my homemade pickle juice which has more Vinegar, a bit of sugar, and tumeric, cinamin, please forgive my spelling I can't think straight. cloves, small amount red chili flake some allspice maybe, can't remember right now. And water of course. Ok, I'll eat something and drink straight water. I see on line no one knows antidote, they just monitor your side affects. I don't think I can or should drive anyway.

I have prescription potassium pills but have orders not to take without my lasix pill.

Julymorning. Looking at your concoction, I think that was way too much. For a long time I could not do the acv with the mother. It scared me too when I first began. It is very much an antimicrobial, antiviral, ph balancer, loaded with enzymes, helps to move sludge and toxins out. It is super strong especially when starting to use it and even for awhile after beginning. Its recommended when you start to begin with 1 tbsp (or less) with about 3-4 oz of water. I typically take mine with water either before or after a meal.

Oh she is definitely detoxing too fast. The ACV by itself can knock you on your feet and then looking at the combo....whew and initial use(s).

I was so afraid of it after my initial use that I put it in the cabinet and just went back to it, 8 months later. Didnt know what was wrong with me then.

If you decide to try the charcoal caps, you could just tell them that you took them if you do decide to go to the ER, but it might stop this whole thing for you too. This has to be your choice, so don't let my explanations push you into it in any way. These are just suggestions/thoughts.

I didn't have a horrible experience with it the first time I used it, but I only added it fairly recently in an effort to increase digestive enzymes. For me the detoxing was an extra bonus.

Detoxing too fast can be harmful so careful with that.

Still keep drinking plain water to flush that out of you. And take it easy for a few days to get back to normal.

Aside from a charcoal, bentonite clay is also excellent binder.

Do not take ACV by itself, dilute it in water or it will burn your esophagus. Usual dilution 1part acv to 6-8part of water, best taken with meals.

I got through it, between the food, water all afternoon and two char caps.

I will be using it as directed here, diluted teaspoon with water to start, with food! But maybe in a few days.... I assumed it was the same as other vinegar, though if that were true it wouldn't work as well or cost so much!

I have so much to learn. I should have been drinking my lemon water after this happened. I opted for tap water because I thought the lemon would add to the acidity. I just read that it actually turns alkaline in our systems.

I'm still not sure what the difference in the ACV's is, I just compared the unfiltered 'Mother' bottle to my jug of filtered ACV (flavored!) vinegar, and both are 5% acidity. Is it the pureness? Timing? Maybe the empty stomach, I don't know. The unfiltered certainly tastes a lot stronger than the filtered.
