Oh Christian I am so sorry. You certainly sound like you have lyme in spite of the test that showed negative. I would want to be retested also.
I'm glad you have been reading on here and I hope you have read the first post "New To Lyme?.... Start Here!" thread. It is full of information.
An easy detox is to get a bath towel and do not dry it in a dryer. This will make it nice and stiff and you can rub this towel on your skin. It will exfoliate you and this is a great, easy and inexpensive detox method.
Apple cider vinegar is easy too. Just a little splash in a glass of water and chug it down. I love Kombucha, but have no idea if it is in France.
Cruciferous vegetables such as Kale, Collard Greens and Cabbage have the incredibly ability to increase the detox activity of cells in the liver. Just steam them LIGHTLY so you don't kill all the enzymes and you can add so many things to them to make them taste better if you don't like them plain.
Lymph massage is another easy free detox method.
/www.youtube.com/watch?v=QA-wi0d7-RoIMPORTANT - you can detox too much, too quickly. It is advisable to do one thing slowly and gently add in another thing. Especially when you do the lymph massage she says to do it 50 times. I suggest only 10 for the first couple of times until you get used to it.
As for the Amoxy, I do not think that is a proper treatment all in itself for lyme. But, your new doctor tomorrow can address that.
Welcome here and ask questions. I remember how frightening this was when I first got lyme. It can be overwhelming and you can feel frantic. Try and stay calm and relaxed as much as you can. Lyme loves it when we are stressing. I thrives on stress.
This is all going to work out and you will be fine. It won't be done in a couple of weeks, but you will get there.
