So bvt ,iv abx and herbs and those lil snakes are still in my rbc.feeling discouraged . I highly suggest everyone get a microscope with 100x oil lens you can see them plain as day..working on posting video and getting a darkfield soon..rife needing more expermentation...i thought zith would force em out but alas it just makes the ears ring

Do you think that if I do darkfield test would be beneficial for my further treatment?
At the moment I have scarce resources, so I would not do it if it is not beneficial for doctor to say which meds to continue, etc.

Can viruses also be seen in darkfield test? I think I have high viral load.

I would be very surprised if one could see viruses via dark field microscopy. But I am no expert!

Would be awesome if you had pictures/video to share. I love checking out people's microscopy work. There is a group on fb dedicated to microscopy and lyme/coinfections. From what I've read burgdorferi doesn't usually stay in the blood, it gravitates towards other tissues. But I do know that some members are able to see spirochetes in their blood. And I'm sure the wide diversity of species and strains there will be spirochetal/borrelia infections that chill in the blood. I know the relapsing ones spend quite a bit of time in the bloodstream.

Bluebm ,you can see if there are a lot of t cells ..which shows acive viral infection...here is a glimpse of last nite string of pearls just with my smart fone ..watch as i focus 20 sec in or so..

bluelyme, excuse my uneducated mind in this microscopic stuff but can you have spirochetes in your blood sample and not have lyme symptoms.

In other words, if you feel healed, can you still see chetes?

I just watched this video and was fascinated. One of the health food stores down the hill does this blood looking and I am so curious as to what they would see.

Pza i think thats how ldi or photons and nosodes work..they just tell the body to stop freaking out about it .however some vets who say remission still have mcs or cavitations or osteomyelitis, so is it still doing damage ?

Also with buhner symptoms abatement or clearing of root cause ..i say yes to live blood . Proof in the pudding ..
1 )make sure resolution is good i think in this vid she is at 5mp at like 1600x and we 2)did not see in plasma but when we crushed rbc ..omg canbuse pen or ttwezzers on the coverslip and goin outside in with light medium pressure the cells will burst unleasing the hell we all know as borreliosis

I can concur with everything blue says.

I got in touch with someone on a microscopy forum who lived close to me. He gave me a TON of information and sold me a beautiful refurbished microscope for $300 CAD.

I found live spirochetes in my blood on my 6th blood smear. I've been on almost a dozen different antibiotics for 9 months straight. These bugs are crazy!

blue, as mentioned, just because the spirochetes are there, doesn't mean we can't feel 100%. Plenty of asymptomatic people find spirochetes in their blood, as proven by microscope owners on lymenet. Just keep trucking, we're all in the same boat!

Yup I got an AO10. It's pretty sweet, and in great shape.

I don't really want to post that picture that I took on here because I'm not sure if it was a worm or a paper/kleenex filament. I really have no idea. Much easier to decipher spirochetes as there isn't a ton of stuff that looks/moves like them, especially the string of pearls ones.

I ordered a cheap stand that I can hopefully connect a point and shoot camera to, so in a while I'll be able to take some videos. For that worm/filament picture, I held my phone up to the lens, but it took about 10 minutes of careful positioning to get that one shot. If I get some cool videos/pictures down the road I'll post them up!

You can not see a virus with any type of microscope other than an electron microscope. They are just too small.

If active spirochetes are seen in the blood, that is because they either live there or are in transition from one location to another. Either way, that means the blood is a conducive environment for their existence and that needs to change. Two things allow them to remain (live) in our blood without going into a cyst, bleb, or L-form. 1. low pH and 2. low oxygen. Increase both of these and that will decrease their ability to thrive.
