Heather's journey to wellness was a long and crooked road with lots of dead ends and steep mountains. The Hansa Center ultimately provided the strategies that healed her. Long before that occurrence, however, I discovered the concept of the "strategy," which often helped.
There is a lot of talk in the lyme community about
the necessity of taking probiotics, and rightly so! They are bound to help in most cases, but where is the strategy to leverage their effectiveness? I just came across an excellent article written by Dr. David Jernigan of the Hansa Center that I haven't seen before. He has developed a strategy to leverage the effectiveness of probiotics in a way that I have yet to see in the blogosphere.

Awesome. Thanks for the article. Just provided the url below, however it didn't go straight to the article. Do you know which section it's under?

Great article and thank you so much for posting. Many members are always asking about
probiotics, when to take and what kind.

Thanks for the comments. It's interesting to me when I read through the various strains of probiotics and what they do. Specific strains modulate specific aspects of the immune system in beneficial ways. Immune suppression/dysfunction is one of the biggest obstacles that lyme sufferers face. I am surprised that this concept has not been widely embraced.
