I just received my IGeneX results, and I tested IgM positive for Relapsing Fever, as well as Lyme, Ehrlichia and Bartonella. My doctors have been treating for the others but RF has never been brought up. Does anyone have any experience with RF? It would explain many of my symptoms which had been thought to be babesia, except that I herx every single time I take antibiotics, and I have been on antibiotics for over 14 months.

I do not see my LLMD for a couple more weeks so I am not sure if this will change my treatment plan.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't "relapsing fever" simply a symptom, not an actual "infection" or "disease"?
