I'm trying to, in my own, clumsy way. I have the live plants.
Last night I had some small cucumbers from my garden to use so I added a capful of Bragg's Mother ACV, finely crushed (powdered) Stevia leaves, a bit of ginger and tumeric, sea salt and pepper to some white wine vinegar, all heated briefly in the microwave and poured over the thinly sliced cukes. I saved the vinegar concoction left over after the cukes were eaten. It was really good. I couldn't taste the Stevia at all, but I could tell it had taken the edge off the vinegars.
There was only a cup full of the cukes and vinegar, is why the Mother's acv measurement seemed puny.
