For me, I rely heavily on FIR sauna, and ozone sauna. I try for 5 days a week. I feel so darn good afterwards. Epsom baths, dry brushing, oil pulling, sipping vinegar (ACV fermented for 6 weeks w/ herbs like holy basil), CSM, glutathione.
