My protocol:
Supps: Selenomethionine (200 mcg 3x/d), L-Glutamine (500mg 3x/d), L-Tyrosine (500mg 3x/d), vitamin D (1,000 1x/d), OmegaGenics EPA-DHA 500 (fish oil pills, 1,000mg 3x/d), melatonin (3mg 1x/d at night for sleep), 1 tblsp 1x/d Great Lakes Pork Gelatin, MetaGenix probiotic 1/2 pill 1x/d in PM
Herbs: 1tsp 1x day in AM of the following Japanese Knotweed, Eleuthero Root Powder, Cat's Claw Bark Powder, Lion's Mane, Cordyceps (stopped this one 2 days ago, hoping it will make my dizziness go away).
1/2 tsp 1x day in AM of the following Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root Powder, Scutellaria Baicalensis Powder, Uncaria Rhynchophylla Twig and Thorn Powder
Detox: the selenium is supposed to be helping detox, i drink over 66 ozs of water a day plus 1 cup of mint tea (Mint Medley, bigelow brand, contains lemon peel not sure if that counts for detox), 15 minute walk outside on my lunch break, spring salad everyday with kale and homemade garlic dressing, broccoli and cauliflower 2-4 times a week, epsom salt baths with dry scrub 3 x a week and foot baths 2-3 x a week, I used to do the clay drink for detox but started having problems with constipation and I am NOT going down that road again. I also do yoga/stretches for 15 minutes every morning.
