I feel like I am ready to move from GAPS to the WAHLS protocol nutritionally - at least imagine this as the next step. Love it! Eat for C O L O R!! Found this nice overview. Anyone else try this protocol? ha! my brain is coming back! figure out how to insert the URL.

I've been a Wahls Diet supporter for some time and it's the only way I can see many sick people replenishing their lost nutrients and pterins. Even if you don't treat your Lyme, the increase in nutrients may be enough to live a somewhat normal life through increased immune function.
