Fever's are common. And actually, they indicate that your body is fighting. It's a good time to support your body as much as possible (adequate sleep, nutrition, whatever your protocol may be on top of that).
Think about this stress analogy: if cortisol levels are high for too long (due to stress), they eventually drop and you reach a state of adrenal exhaustion. Now think of fevers: they occur to signal our body to fight off infections, and if you continue to have an infection (let's say an out of control infection, because everyone has SOME bacteria of sorts in their bodies) for too long, your body will stop producing fevers, get used to the infection, andbe rendered quite useless without outside help (ABX, various treatments).
