I tend to get fatigued when I start a new herb. I herx then it improves. So far, it's been super consistent among each one... some more intense than others but the same instant herx lessening every day and when I reach a consistency for a couple days I add another.
Currently on Cordyceps,Red Root,Jap. Knotweed,Sida Acuta,Chinese Skullcap,Greater Celendine with the GC only being a few drops as I just added it this past weekend.
I was very fatigued when i started 3 weeks ago, but currently this past weekend I actually had energy to do chores, take the dogs to the vet and go to a party all in one day.... that never happens. I usually cry "too many things" and would have not gone to the party... so even though I am on mini doses of each herb listed, I feel improvement in fatigue...
