Does Nattokinase make any difference? Especially for Bartonella?

Does Nattokinase make any difference? Especially for Bartonella? My doctor said I could try it to increase circulation because Bart hides in blood vessels/skin. But I only ever hear about it in respect to it being a biofilm killer or something.

Please only reply if you have personal experience with it.

I too have been taking it for several months but have not noticed any difference.
I don't mind though because it doesn't cost very much compared to other stuff like lumbrokinase.

I've taken both lumbrokinase (started with that for a few months) and Nattokinase (transfered to this due to cost) and I have to say it has helped. My blood was so thick and gloppy they couldn't even pull blood for testing at one point. It was coagulating in the needle and then the tube. Really gross. Because of it, I was not getting enough oxygen or iron in my blood. These products really helped me and after having been on them for a while, my blood is nice and flowing. The added bonus for me is that it's a cyst buster, so score score score!
