I agree with the benefits.
Since applying Magnesium Chloride gel to my hips and the bottom of my feet nightly, getting out of bed in the morning without feeling seized up and robotic is the reward. Big difference. Now I just need something to help me walk in a straight line. I could always sway and flip my hair and try to make it look interesting. And then trip over the dog and knock my head on the counter. I'll stick to meandering. ☺️
Putting a capful of Mag Phos #8 tabs into my bottled water has eliminated scary muscle cramps in my legs while doing laps in the deep end of the pool? Thankful for my upper body strength allowing me to drop the leg and continue to propel full speed ahead. Geez those cramps are debilitating.
Very funny visual there. I could use help walking in a straight line too!
I have a bottle of chelated calcium magnesium I'm supposed to take for my bones. I had to quit taking them, they're absolute horse pills, and I'd joke.
You dissolve yours in water and drink it? Is it pretty bad tasting? I'm wondering if I shouldn't try that with mine, if they're as helpful with body cramps.
