LDI - Need to be kept COLD?

I was given two syringes (one 19c, one 20c) to take home and am supposed to to start on the 19th.

I was watching a Youtube video - and the gal mentioned she had hers in the fridge.


I wasn't told to store it in the fridge..

If you have done LDI - did you keep it cold?

I will email my LLND and ask her, as well.
