I was like that before ABX- I would dose off standing and catch myself, but still had insomnia at night - a tell take adrenal disaster. Think it was a combination of what these infections do- the infection, adrenal, candida ect. I had to live off Redbull and power naps for years.
B12 or D3 did nothing for me either.
Post abx is better and still improving. The cooler weather seems to help too, even though its dark so much earlier now.
How are your thyroid levels? And you know Free t3 and free t4 (thyroid hormoes) need to be at least 50% up into the ranges, despite your TSH. (tsh is just a signal, not a cell useable hormone.)
Brain chemical methalation pathways can be blocked from this too (per my Dr)- and can add to fatigue. The brain amino acids are widely available and fairly inexpensive but you need to buy small quantities and experiment to see what works.
