I have not downloaded this myself, so do be aware that they may ask for your email or other information - but check it out! This link leads to the article where the download is available.

Trav,
Thanks. We are having a gluten free Thanksgiving too. The guys don't know it yet :)
My new plan is not to tell them and then see what they like.
Have a happy and thanks for this!

I'm going to confess, I'm going to cheat (big time) on Thanksgiving day. I need one day a year where I don't care.
I've accepted the fact that I will take a monster nap Thanksgiving afternoon and wake up with 4 new pimples on my face.
Worth it.

Decarte,
I agree with you but I'm saving my cheat for Xmas Eve/Christmas. I'm having gluten, sugar, all kinds of things. Not a lot, and probably just tastes, but I'm having it. It will have been six months without gluten, dairy, alcohol, sugar, etc...
Enjoy it. I think the nap will negate everything - you'll be fine!

LOL!
What is that good for again? I read things on here, order them, they arrive and then I forget why I got them.
Please write us the day after to let us know what the damage is.
Do you remember the poster, he hasn't been on in a while. He went to celebrate a buddies birthday, drank while he was away and then was so much worse when he came back. His story sticks in my mind, so make sure not to go too overboard. But enjoy!

Its a digestive system + liver detox support, anti-candida and a powerful treatment for Gerd acid-reflux.

I'm not too awful worried. I'm having the usual fare, but my appetite is so limited, especially because I talk a blue streak when my daughter is there, and there's no time to stick food into it, lol! Everything generally gets cold on my plate, everyone else is done, and I'm too exhausted to chew.

Astro, can you take D-limonene with herbs? It says it helps detox the liver. I have GERD and it flares up once in awhile. I also see its good for sleep and I need all the help I can get! I think I'm going to try it after Turkey Day, but when should I be taking it? I know at bedtime for sleep, but what about
help with GERD, and will taking it with my probiotics be okay (I take those at night with my melatonin about
a half hour before bed )?
I've been gluten, dairy, soy free for 8 years, my biggest hurdle so far with turkey day is now being sugar free and nightshade free! !!!! Gonna miss that cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes for sure!
