I like to give recent updates while the realizations are fresh in mind.

One of these is helping with return of creativity and it may well be both.

I have had a sense of returning of my "old brain" with bouts of greater sense of creativity as I use to have.

A more greater joy which I have not experienced. Like more interest in hobbies of the past....or just more in the present moment feeling.

I'm not sure if it's the breathing excercises I do but I can tell a direct effect from these two herbs.

This seems to be kicking out the disconnected feeling one may experience with Lyme. At least for me....I feel it's slowly helping.

Better mental clarity and times of lessened anxiety.

Still same overall protocol....chronic tonic herbs with the houtuynnia and sida acuta. The last two herbs made the biggest difference though.

This is probably because of the coinfections.

Thanks for sharing your experience lymedriven!! I have been thinking of adding those in because of my neuro issues and I think you have convinced me. I like what you said about the creativity part too. Interesting. :)

lymedriven what is your dosage of each herb a day and what's your height/weight/gender if you don't mind answering. thx.

I also added Sida (1:5 25% 1/2 tsp 3xd) for possible co-infections. Too early to tell effect.
Will add the other 2 - Cryptolepis and Alchornea for good measure but wow they are expensive.
And I am about to add plenty more for Bart like:
Milk Thistle seed powder
Hawthorn berry tincture
concentrated powder Houttuynia cordata
Dan Shen tincture Salvia miltiorrhiza
Han Fang Ji tincture Stephania tetrandra
Ge Gen tincture Pueraria lobata
Cordyceps tincture Cordyceps sinensis

And the list gets bigger and bigger.
