Mister Mike - great share!
ChickNorris, how long have you been doing a lyme protocol? It has taken 11 months and a brain aneurysm repair for my headaches from hell to finally lose their hold.
I have a document I prepared for my Dr. that collates research on every type of headache there is, and then I make notes on how my headache was like/dislike. If you want me to dig that document up I can.
Have you had an MRA of the brain? An MRI wasn't good enough for looking at blood vessels.
Does your headache get worse with exertion?
Do you have feelings of being faint/dizzy/woozy?
Does your headache get worse when you bend over?
Have you had any poor balance issues?
These were the key things for me for the brain aneurysm.
Great resource Mister Mike! I have been giving CBD a try and it just makes me sleepy but still in pain. I will check out the others.
I would love to see that document from you multifaceted! I have told my llnd that I feel like I get different types of headaches but I don't know how to describe them accurately. My headaches definitely get worse the more I move, especially bending over, that causes extreme pounding. I am prone to nausea all the time but I don't faint or get vertigo with my pain, just lightheaded.
I've had an MRI in the past, about
8 years ago. It was clear. I had it because I was really dizzy and also migraines. Ended up being my thyroid running amok.
I keep trying alternative stuff to get control over my dang head and nothing helps. I even got both my ears pierced with a daith piercing because there was speculation that it helped. Diet, exercise, supplements, herbs (feverfew), vitamins, antidepressants, migraine abortives, peppermint oil, ice... I will keep trying.
