Husband saw LLMD today

Huddie, I thought having goats and livestock would be nice too. So about 5 years ago we left the suburbs to move to the woods and I started caring for goats and chickens and hunting in the woods for food. But to be honest, I believe my animal husbandry and hunting lifestyle is what let to this horrible disease. The ticks all over the place, the horrible mosquitos, the parasites I saw coming out of the goats, and all sorts of weird bugs crawling all over the deers when I was processing them... I sold all the dairy goats when my diseased body could no longer handle caring for them.

I also believe this lifestyle led to my son's autism.

We should have stayed in the suburbs, we would all be fine. The country lifestyle destroyed my family.

Huddie, so glad your husband is getting help too! Hopefully he can take some time off over the holidays and relax and decompress so he can really get to healing his gut.

And great news about your son's medical leave!! That will help. Hopefully you can discuss a way to finish out the year with just a 4 day school week. A student in each of his classes could be responsible for sending him pictures of class notes for the day he misses each week and teachers can email/post assignments if they aren't already. DS has permission to turn in work late, show up and decide not to take a test that day (they have block scheduling so teachers may never really know when he was sick since he doesn't go to same classes every day). Any PE or elective should be treated as "last resort" if the teacher/school will allow that - in case he has to miss other days in the week. Hopefully his school will allow some of this or whatever your DS/you think will help.

DS is home today after a good 1.5 weeks of no fatigue. He keeps overdoing the working out...
