I didnt read this whole thing, I see it got pretty specific. (good!).
Back to the question-Keeping motivated is not easy.
Helps to think of what you can do once your feeling better. Goals, things you want to do.
Goals are different for everyone. Family, relationships, outdoor stuff, hobbies, social stuff, travel, jobs, whatever floats your boat. After 50, you start to make your "bucket list". I think I can do some of that soon, not all because of time and $. Some is better than none though.
I'm not old yet, but have endured DECADES with lyme, knowing others, without lyme, some younger, who have sadly already past beyond life earth... I miss them everyday. ....
But I'm still above ground, not six feet in a hole, all of us are.
Funny movies and naps are great in times like what your experiencing. Tomorrow is another chance to get better. Getting ideas here will help that happen.
