Olive Leaf Extract Questions

Is olive leaf extract effective agains lyme and bart? Is there a particular brand you would recommend? How much do you take? Should it be taken with anything else in particular? Thanks for your input.

Supplementation does vary in terms of how much to take. Most people may take 500-750 mg, 1-3x a day. It's versatile and I've seen it applied to treatment for Candida, viruses, and bacterias. Personally for me, I don't do well with olive leaf. I was using it as an antifungal and antiviral. It makes me lose weight and just feel yucky. However, there are many who highly recommend it as part of their arsenal. I don't think it will do too much for Lyme and Bart on its own.

I took olive leaf for years when I was really sick (recommended dosage on the container). It gave my body a boost and I struggled to make it through the day without it. Though when I asked my doctor about it, he said it didn't do much but, if it helped me, I should take it.

I couldn't tolerate Olive Leaf Extract. I tried few times, and each times I got severe vertigo and dizziness. I think I am allergic to it and unfortunately I can't take it.
