Just ordered some pinella brain nerve cleanse. Has anybody had any adverse reactions to it? Just wondering what I can expect?

I take it with Burbur. It helps when I'm herxing.

I haven't had any adverse reactions to it..

It's good stuff. Overall never had problems with it. You can take it every 15 minutes during a herx. I also add Burbor to it for herxing. Seems to work well when in a pinch. And it's easy to take detox herbs. Much easier than dry brushing or taking detox baths, etc.

I've never had any adverse reactions, but we do have a few very sensitive members who found that they could not use it. For most it is a helper or they just don't notice anything.

I haven't done that...I usually wait at least an hour or more.

But, I haven't read that you can't. i just like to leave my abx 'alone' for a bit.

I only take Pinella and Burbur (together in one 1/2 glass of water) once a day...unless I'm herxing...then I will take it....and 15 minutes later...do another one...and keep doing that until I feel better.

I put 10 drops of each in the glass. I can't remember what it says on the bottles...maybe take a look...I could be doing it wrong...it's been so long since I started it.

I always put burbur and anise(pinella) right in with the rest of my herbs. Not sure if it helps or hurts, but I havent noticed anything bad from doing so.
