Body feeling "on fire" and all pain flared up, is this a symptom you recognize?

So right now I am on a solid Buhner protocol, if this is classic Bartonella after some period of time would this in theory expose the bacteria thereby allowing to me get a Western Blot test to show up positive? I realize treatment is a long haul considering I could potentially be infected for god knows how long, but it would be great to get some scientific confirmation to keep on going.
