Mycoplasma results, do I have mycoplasma?

I got a bunch of blood test results back, and my EBV results are: EBV nuclear IGG 4.40, EBV viral capsid IGG greater than 5.00.

Mycoplasma IGG 4.83, IGM 779

HHV6 IGM was less than 1:20, IGG was 1:40. I have no idea what that even means because the results say "see notes" and the notes talk about chlamydophila pneumoniae and cross reactivity.

Doctor hasn't said anything, just the results I see posted on the Quest Diagnostics website.

Do I have mycoplasma, what about the chlamydophila? Also, my glucose was high, but I don't eat sugar or fruits?!?!?!?! Except for the occasional chocolate made with coconut sugar around a certain time.of the month....

Anybody know what the results mean?

Oh, and my Vit B-12 was 1253, but I hadn't even started my B-12 shots at that point because I didn't want to skew the results? Could it have been from my supplements (I'm thinking of the Jap Knot weed maybe containing B-12? I took it with my salad at lunch about an hour, hour and a half before my blood test. And could that be why my glucose was high, because I ate before the test?)

Any thoughts/ideas/interpretations are much appreciated.

There should be reference ranges listed on your test - we would need to see those to be able to help with the Myco and HHV-6 results. Different Labs sometimes use different reference ranges.

With your B-12 levels that high, I would encourage you to talk to your doctor before starting the B-12 shots.

Lyme can cause insulin resistance. This would be another thing that we need to see reference ranges for and you should talk to your doctor about. Some people do need to use medications to lower/control blood sugar until the infections are under control enough to not have this effect.

They are Quest results. I hate Quest, but it's where it was ordered by the doc, and the closest lab to my location (don't want to have to travel 90 minutes to get blood work done).

Traveler, the ref range for the IGG is greater than 1.1 positive (I'm above 4 I think) and IGM is 770-950 is a low positive.

I think I'm positive, but my doctor never called about the results at all. And now I dont know how to treat, do I treat the Lyme at the same time? I'm doing herbal, combo between Dr. Rawls and Buhrner (Rawls based his off of Buhner).

What about the EBV, what does that mean for treatment? Is all of this hopeless? Having a bad few days, anger, depression, I hate this! Thank you all for your input, I know you feel my pain, literally.

I wish I could help you, but Unfortunately you will not find many answers on this site aside from people telling you take herbs and detox. The best you can hope to find here is someone elses experiences from the archives and hoping that someone posted how they appraoched the problem themselves, and you will likely find even more advice to simply take herbs and detox, or perhaps strange dietary suggestions. If you believe this is not the answer then you will have to research elsewhwere on the net and pursue someone who is a specialist which will likely cost thousands. It sounds bleak but thats where we are with these diseases. Good luck.
