Sorry another question just I'm just worried at the minute I'm lying down in bed and me head is pulsing especially sides and back of head sort of travel down my back into bottom of my spine also pain in bottom of spine I'm on antibiotic treatment 9 months and this is the first time this is happen has it happen to anyone else I'm just really paranoid it's something else and not the Lyme can please someone help please sorry for being burden.......please can anyone help

Sorry to hear this...it's horrible when we just want to get some sleep...and can't.

I had head pulsing early on...it would happen when I stood up ...and also sometimes when I laid down at night.
That has gotten better, but now when I lay down...I have pulsatile tinnitus - I hear/feel a pulsing heart beat in my ears...sometimes if my ear is on the pillow, it makes a swooshing type sound.

Have you recently switched your protocol?

Any other symptoms ramped up while this one came on? (I'm wondering if you're herxing)

I don't get the head pulsing anymore when I stand up...but just when I go to bed I get the pulsing in my ears (pulsatile tinnitus) - but not as bad as it used to be.

Just to be confusing - as Lyme usually is - this could also just be a "phase" you are going through with your infections too. Symptoms rotate with me, so I get a set of symptoms, and they just stay with me no matter what I do (although with treatment and detoxing, I do have some control over their severity), until those symptoms leave and are replaced by other symptoms.

I just want you to be aware of this, as many of us deal with it - it may or may not be what you are dealing with now.

That's my main symptom. It's inflammation of the blood vessels and nerves around the cranium. I have taken injections of anti-inflammatory on the temples, neck, and shoulder and the pulsing went away immediately.

I take a prescription medication to calm it down, it's the only thing that works. I can look for it when I get home. But I only take it if it gets pretty bad. For the most part, I eat a warm meal, and go take a nap. I suffer from this "pulsing" almost daily, the intensity varies, but it's kinda always there.

I used to go to the ER before I started treatment. It can get scary.

I rang my doctor he told me to take 3 days break from all antibiotics and herbs supplements etc if doesn't get better in 3 days he will give me anti-I flammatory tablets... ye travler could be just a phase I'm going threw as it only staring now that I'm on 9 months treatment.. yes Peteza that could be possible to that it is just moving around my body try not to be killed off...long journeys inflammation of the blood vessels makes so much sense if it was that thank god anti-inflammatory helped get rid of it I think I need them soon your symptoms sound like mine specially when you say it around the cranium nerves

Head pressure can definitely be from herxing or from these infections (particularly Lyme). I use Kudzu root to help relieve my head pressure.

Yep, a good Lyme community is hard to beat!!!

LOL! No, those are "normal" for a Lyme patient, even though it is definitely weird! You are not going crazy, it's the infections. This will clear up as you treat and heal.

Ahhh thank god I taught I was going to be sent to mental institution lol ahh god there crazy owl symptoms thank god they get better.. I will keep yea updated as I say again thanks again for your help everyone I mean really deeply appreciate 😊😊

Nuttmefix combines burbur and Pinella. It really is an excellent product.

Yes, I bought mine separately so I could start with just one first and add the second one after.

Then I just continued to buy them separately - when I'm having just head issues I will put more Pinella in.. or do an extra dose of just Pinella.

No, please do not use steroids. Here in the US prescription medications come with a patient hand out and if that is read carefully, one can see that it's never recommended to use steroids when the person has an active infection.

The reason why is because the steroids lower the immune function even further, so that would mean that the bacteria would have even more free rein to populate the body. That's what we are working to stop.

There are several natural things you can do that might help though.

You can try heat, if that helps some, then it may be that it's temporary from inflammation, or that your blood has too much fibrin in it. Too much fibrin can be tested for, and if that's the case, there are products (natural and pharmaceuticals) that can help with that.

But, I get occipital headaches a lot. It seems to be fairly common with Lyme patients.
