If it's going to help with pain, how long must I be taking it before I start to see any results?
I'm taking the Designs for Health brand, 400mg twice a day.
After replying to your other post this evening, I'm going to go ahead and suggest you might want to try Japanese Knotweed. Have you tried it before?
You should take a liver support with it, I take Milk thistle. Both are tinctures I got from Sage woman, smallest bottles just in case.
If you consider that I have been dealing with pain that continued to get worse and worse since my relapse 13 years ago that my Dr. put me on low dose narcotic pills, and that within a couple of months of still tittering up Japanese knotweed I was seeing enough relief from pain to cut my daytime dosage down to nothing at all most of the time(of pain pills), I am in love.
But, while it is great for hitting the inflammations of these infections and that's what Buhner recommends it for, among other uses, your response to it may not be the same.
I just think for something less than $20, it's worth a try. But like I said, get liver support too, and keep in mind I started at 1 drop twice a day, and built up slowly. I'm not even taking it yet as much as I could be!
Please look into studying Buhner's second edition book, or Cowdens, and think about
really getting committed to this, as taking nothing won't heal you.Is resveratol the same thing? Because that is in some of my supplements. I am taking samento and banderol still. The reason for the break was to get my sleep sorted and stabilized. My ND wanted to sort out if any of my symptoms were due to my insomnia which matches up with what I've read from other llmds like jemsek.
