Full cowdens protocol comes with serrapeptase.

Of the 3 best known herbal biofilm busters, (also Lumbrokinaise and Nattokinase), serra is considered the least effective at eroding biofilms.

Lumbrokinaise is #1.

Anyone combine any of these three? I'm thinking of doing it in a low dosage.

Dang, this is NOT my day to be helpful.....

Except that may I suggest, while knowing absolutely nothing about them, that you do start low dose, but also maybe one at a time? As in get your body settled with one before adding another? Someone might suggest that 3 is redundant, but IDK.

I've heard THE Dr. J. prescribes Xylitol and lactoferrin for biofilms.

I used serrapeptase.

How do you know that serrapeptase is the least effective?

After going buggy eyed on Google all day, that is my take BUT please feel free to correct me🙄

Well, I don't know...so I won't correct you.

I think it depends on the LL Dr. who is treating.


As I posted before - THE Dr. J. prescribes something different than those enzymes. And he does his 'homework'.

I can't say whether the serrapeptase was effective for me...I took it because I wanted to make sure I had gotten the biofilms.

But, I have also taken breaks in my treatment...and I believe that brings them out of hiding, too.

Bolouke (Lumbrokinase) the earthworm is supposed to kick butt and it should for the price.. I have almost a full bottle that but my doc told me not to take for now because I was feeling so crappy.

I have a weaker worm pill..

Thinking of starting off with that..

I used Serra, currently I take NAC. Whatever you choose, start low and slow.

Using lumbro ,biocidin royal jelly...have adequate killers on board if you are going for biofilm...cistus tea trav said is good...

My original LLMD prescribed Xylitol, Lactoferrin, Colostrum for biofilm busting. I still do the Xylitol and also essential oil BFB-1. Can't say i notice if they're working or not.

Not to cause more confusion - but it likely will (LOL! Sorry!), I used cistus tea and it really kicked my rear end!!! Now, I have not tried the others, so I can't comment on them, other than what Blueberry posted - start low and slow!! And do NOT be quick to ramp up even if you feel like it's not doing much right away!!

If they are even half as good as cistus tea was for me, you will want to be super careful as it will open those biofilms and release all those little buggers that have been safely hiding out and not causing any harm. You will be releasing any viruses, bacteria and other things as they all hide out in biofilms.

Biocidin is also recommended. I use that and occasionally the Buoloke. I also have the Natto and Serra in enzymes primarily taken with meals, though they can be used between meals for systemic purposes.

So you're using them as digestive enzymes...rather than for cyst busting?

Correct. It is a digestive enzyme from Global Health Center. Has about 20-30 things in it.
