anyone try Infrared saunas

I have one, got it from Costco. It's nice, I try to use it everyday. I don't feel any immediate benefits for any of my symptoms but I do it anyway because it was $ and it's supposed to have all these benefits and maybe it's a long term incremental improvement thing I'm investing in health wise. I like the warmth though. I'm always cold so that's nice too.

I have one, I love it. I have been using it almost everyday - I got it 6 weeks ago. I feel like I am making more progress with detoxing. I believe it will make a difference over time.

Does anyone find that the sauna exacerbates their joint pain? My knees always hurt more and are stiff coming out. I do it anyway because it's supposed to bring relief.
