I'm puzzled...When Dr Horowitz, Burrascano or whoever talk about combination therapy, with 3 or 4 abx, do they mean taking all of them in parallel, or one after the other? e.g. 1 pill of each abx twice daily until recovery. Or do they mean taking only one abx for, say, 3 weeks, then another abx for 3 more weeks, then another abx for 3 more weeks, repeatedly, and so on? I've read both on the Internet hence my question...

Thank you Girlie. I was also concerned about kidney/liver burden for taking several abx at the same time. Pulsing makes sense.
